1. Contact support
Email paul@pacificsoftwareventures.com for product, access, connector, privacy, or security support. The mailbox is monitored by Pacific Software Ventures. Access problems and suspected security incidents are triaged before general product questions.
Include the assistant or client you were using, the approximate time, and what you expected to happen. Remove confidential record text unless it is necessary to diagnose the issue.
Email support2. Connect and sign in
Find CRE Brain by Pacific Software Ventures in the ChatGPT Plugins Directory or Claude Connectors Directory, choose Connect, and complete browser sign-in. CRE Brain is invitation-only: a valid account is not enough unless that account resolves to a seat in the correct firm workspace.
The same verified listing works across ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Chat, Desktop, mobile, Claude Code, and Cowork, wherever that assistant supports directory connectors. The listing and your sign-in are the whole setup.
3. Troubleshooting
- Sign-in loops, or you are told you are not authorized
- Check that you have accepted your invitation and that the assistant is connected to the same account you signed in with. After an account or seat change, disconnect and reconnect once.
- No CRE Brain tools
- Check that the connector is switched on for this workspace or conversation, then start a new conversation so the assistant picks the tools up.
- No results
- Ask the full natural-language question and include the property, person, lender, market, or decision you mean. A built-in chat-history search is separate from CRE Brain and does not prove the firm has no record.
- Wrong or stale result
- Ask the assistant to store the correction and supersede the cited record. Use permanent deletion only when you intend to remove that record from live recall for the team.
- The evidence card does not appear
- CRE Brain always returns the whole answer as text as well, so the evidence stays readable either way. Send support the name and version of the app you are using and we will look at why the card did not draw.
- Temporary failure
- Retry once. If the failure repeats, send its visible wording and timestamp. Do not paste internal credentials or private record content into the report.
4. Data controls
- Export what you can see: open the CRE Brain dashboard, go to Account, and choose Export knowledge.
- Correct a record: tell the assistant the corrected finding and ask it to supersede the cited memory so the audit trail remains intact.
- Delete a record: explicitly ask the assistant to forget a specific memory you authored. Permanent deletion is irreversible and removes that memory from the shared live record.
- End or change access: ask your organization’s CRE Brain administrator, or contact support if administrator help is unavailable.
- Privacy request: email support with “CRE Brain privacy request” in the subject. We may verify your identity and organization before acting.
5. Security reports
If you believe an invite link, OAuth grant, account, or workspace has been exposed, email support promptly with “CRE Brain security” in the subject. Do not include the secret itself. State which credential type was affected, when you noticed, and whether you still have account access so we can prioritize revocation and containment.
Good-faith vulnerability reports should include clear reproduction steps and the affected surface, avoid accessing another customer’s data, and stop testing once sensitive data or service disruption could occur. We will coordinate validation and remediation directly.
6. What to include
A useful support request includes:
- which app you were working in: ChatGPT, Claude Chat, Cowork, Claude Code, Codex, or the dashboard;
- the approximate timestamp and time zone;
- the visible error or unexpected behavior, paraphrased if it contains firm content;
- the result you expected and whether the issue repeats in a new conversation; and
- a safe screenshot with names, record text, invite links, tokens, and account identifiers removed.
Never send: passwords, MFA codes, OAuth credentials, private invite links, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or an entire confidential source document.
